About the role

  • Vendor Sales Executive at Exclusive Networks developing cybersecurity partnerships and sales strategies in Germany. Engaging closely with manufacturers and customers in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic and operational development of a defined vendor portfolio with a focus on security solutions
  • Establishing, expanding and maintaining business relationships with vendors
  • Building and expanding customer relationships by identifying, acquiring, supporting and developing partners through targeted measures
  • Implementation of go-to-market activities
  • Responsible for conducting webinars as well as sales and technical workshops
  • Monitoring key technologies and market trends in the security domain
  • Training for sales staff and business partners
  • Developing and implementing own sales initiatives and new marketing opportunities in close coordination with the sales organization
  • Close interface with the marketing department to execute joint campaigns
  • Solution-oriented product and pricing positioning
  • Ensuring the interface with the technical department and maintaining close collaboration with the presales team
  • Preparation of business plans and quarterly reporting
  • Definition, implementation and monitoring of vendor goals
  • Tracking and enforcement of forecast targets

Requirements

  • A successfully completed university degree or a completed commercial/business apprenticeship
  • Several years of practical experience in a comparable position
  • Knowledge of vendors/manufacturers in the IT sector, ideally in the cybersecurity field
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
  • Structured working style
  • Independent and responsible working approach
  • Strong project management skills with a high level of responsibility and flexibility
  • Convincing presentation, communication and moderation/facilitation skills (oral and written)
  • Confident user of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Confident presence in negotiations and strong team player
  • Flexibility for frequent travel
