About the role

  • Customer Support Analyst responsible for assisting clients through various communication channels at Escritório Inteligente. Aiming for excellence in customer service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via our channels (chat, phone, email, or other ticketing tools), identify their needs, and determine the best approach to resolve requests;
  • Open, track, and close tickets and maintenance requests with the technology team;
  • Provide client training via Google Meet.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer relations;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Strong communication skills and agility to handle multiple concurrent interactions;
  • Analytical mindset to detect problems and find the best solutions;
  • Good communication, as you will be in constant contact with clients;
  • Comfortable using various systems and platforms.
