2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related creative field
A good understanding of design thinking principles
Awareness of visual design fundamentals such as typography, color, layout, and hierarchy
Experience organizing complex content into clear, readable hierarchies (e.g., long-form documentation or resource-heavy pages)
Strong attention to detail and dedication to creating intuitive, polished experiences
Ability to work from an existing visual style guide.
Curious and analytical mindset with a natural drive to solve problems creatively
Readiness to work with graphical design tasks for part of the time.
Confidence working in Figma - using components, auto layout, variables, and prototyping tools
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator or InDesign) for document design and asset creation.
Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries
Awareness of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices (WCAG)
Basic knowledge of design-to-dev handoff practices and collaboration workflows
