- 5+ years of product design experience across web and mobile

- exceptional design craft and execution, demonstrated through consistently high-quality interaction and visual work, with deep fluency in Figma
- a strong taste and judgment, with a clear sense of what to include, what to refine, and what to leave out
- evidence of original and critical thinking, with the ability to clearly articulate and own design points of view
- a collaborative, low-ego mindset paired with strong conviction—open to feedback and iteration, while able to take a stand and own decisions when alignment is needed
