Responsibilities
Understand E2E business req. from stakeholders and design the most suitable technical solution aligned with speed, quality, and cost expectations.
Lead feasibility assessments and technical design activities within the domain, ensuring alignment with target architecture and agreed budget constraints.
As a squad member, take ownership of technical activities required to achieve sprint goals and team KPIs.
Work closely with the Product Owner and developers to define and refine backlog items (epics, features, user stories, tasks).
Translate backlog items into high-level engineering designs and logical units of work.
Estimate the size and effort of backlog items; provide technical and financial (CAPEX) insights including effort estimation, constraints, dependencies, risks, and alternative solutions.
Support ideation and scoping processes through feasibility analysis, complexity assessment, and solution scoring.
Produce detailed functional and technical analyses for backlog items, ensuring alignment with solution designers in other squads and clear integration specifications.
Deliver end-to-end solutions within the agreed scope, in line with Group principles and TR IT target architecture and strategy.
Prepare and present solution designs to the IT Architecture Board when required.
Collaborate with Operations and Infrastructure teams to ensure proper system dimensioning based on business traffic forecasts.
Support test case preparation and review testing scenarios to ensure solution quality.
Provide design guidance for defects and issues raised within the responsible domain.
Execute RFP/RFQ/RFI processes when required; evaluate vendor tech. capabilities and ensure selected solutions meet business and architectural reqs.
Review and approve vendor design documents; follow up on vendor development activities within assigned responsibilities.
When assigned as Lead Solution Designer, drive E2E design activities and ensure delivery quality standards are met.
Contribute to maintaining product roadmaps and target architecture in collaboration with other architects and relevant stakeholders.
Foster collaboration with Group stakeholders; support knowledge sharing, alignment with Group IT recommendations, and joint initiatives.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies to continuously improve solution quality and team effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with information security policies, standards, and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Mathematics Engineering and other related departments
5+ years of software analysis/design/development/engineering experience.
Broad knowledge of software technology and development processes, particularly Scrum, TDD or BDD, disciplined agile delivery and lean development
Must possess a complete understanding of all aspects of test automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment concept
High level knowledge of cloud technologies and micro service architecture
Experiences on any unit testing tool
Knowledge of technology structures: networks, database, communications,
Knowledge on Java.
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and No-SQL open source databases like Mongo etc.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (preferably Apache Kafka)
Familiarity with TMForum standarts
