About the role

  • Account Manager driving sales growth in Quebec City as part of a leading dental supplier's sales organization. Building partnerships with the dealer network and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Acquire product-specific knowledge through online, in-person, and field training
  • Stay informed about products, technologies, and competitor activities to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships within the territory to become a trusted advisor
  • Build support with dealer and retail partners to drive customer acquisition and growth of existing accounts
  • Consistent use of CRM to manage sales opportunities and growth within the territory
  • Manage the assigned geographic territory within the allocated expense budget
  • Attend local trade shows and corporate meetings as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience; dental industry experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and French, including spoken, written, and reading comprehension
  • Candidate must reside within the designated territory/geographic area
  • Experience selling B2B using a proven sales model
  • Able to digest and verbalize technical information about products and clinical applications
  • Ability to work independently, plan, and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the broader team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical, chemical, and mechanical information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to build relationships with clinicians, decision-makers, and business partners to establish preference for the representative, Kerr products, and the Kerr brand.
