About the role
- Manage global Transfer Pricing strategy and compliance in a new Tax team at Envalior. Shape tax operations and integrate ERP systems in an innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Global responsibility for the design & implementation of a solid Transfer Pricing (TP) model.
- Monitoring of the TP position.
- Responsible for TP audits and litigation.
- Advising on all OECD, UN, local country TP developments including Pillar 1Business partnering to ensure continuous compliance with the TP model for TP matters.
- Manage relationships with external advisors and tax authorities.
Requirements
- Degree in tax law or economics, business administration or comparable degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience as an TP professional, preferably as an inhouse TP specialist and/or within consulting or tax administrative environment.
- Deep knowledge of international Transfer Pricing rules, e.g. OECD / UN / BRICA countries.
- Experienced in multidisciplinary projects and change management.
- Experience in implementation of TP models in ERP systems is a preferred.
