Requirements
Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza in ambito Salesforce
Capacità di gestione di processi E2E dalla raccolta requisiti fino alla delivery in esercizio
Ottime capacità relazionali e di interazione con il team interno e con il cliente finale
Buona conoscenza del CRM Salesforce e dei suoi moduli (Agentforce in primis, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Commerce Cloud B2B- B2C, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , Platform, CRM Analytics Tableau, Revenue Cloud, Digital Engagement, Industries, Heroku, Slack, etc)
Abitudine a lavorare per obiettivi
Spiccate capacità di analisi, scrittura documentazione, stesura specifiche sia testuali sia grafiche (workflow)
