Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to identify and acquire potential leads (shelf-facing retailers such as EDEKA and REWE)
Acquire and manage new retailers for our EMSU Media Platform
Collaborate with the sales team to develop a sales strategy
Identify new customers via email, phone and other channels
Prospecting, advising and supporting customers in inside and field sales
Identify and track leads
Develop sales structures and processes
Close collaboration with the Sales and Customer Relations teams
Requirements
Experience in sales, preferably in grocery retail
Experience in a start-up environment is a plus but not required
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade customers and build long-term relationships
High energy and constructive contribution to product development and workflows
Team-player mentality internally and externally to contribute to the company’s success
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with a sales CRM tool
