Drive and showcase the in-store strategy for professional customers
Ensure visibility of the PRO program throughout the customer journey
Ensure high-quality self-service areas

Requirements
Knowledge of and curiosity about the professional (B2B) market
Proven experience working with professional (B2B) customers
Strong commercial sense
Passion for serving others and a strong customer service orientation
