About the role

  • Chargé de Relation Client PRO au cœur de la surface de vente, offrant une expérience d'achat optimale avec satisfaction client. Contribuant à la gestion du portefeuille client PRO par des actions de fidélisation et de vente.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist professional (B2B) customers directly in-store
  • Recommend services tailored to professional customers' needs; manage sales and prepare quotes
  • Handle after-sales service
  • Promote and support the loyalty program for our professional customers
  • Monitor performance indicators and contribute to action plans to optimize results
  • Drive and showcase the in-store strategy for professional customers
  • Ensure visibility of the PRO program throughout the customer journey
  • Ensure high-quality self-service areas
  • Contribute to showcasing and enhancing the product and service offering

Requirements

  • Knowledge of and curiosity about the professional (B2B) market
  • Proven experience working with professional (B2B) customers
  • Strong commercial sense
  • Passion for serving others and a strong customer service orientation
  • Rigour and good organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
