Customer Services Specialist managing sales & marketing support in healthcare environment. Coordinating customer orders, product distribution activities, and internal collaborations primarily in Delft, Netherlands.
Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for customer and internal inquiries relating to product orders and services
Manage and track sales orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing
Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners to support product shipments, returns and issue resolution
Support activities in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements, including documentation and investigations
Identify, document and appropriately escalate product quality complaints and adverse events
Maintain accurate customer, prescriber and order information in relevant systems
Provide sales & marketing support, including coordination of materials, agencies, approvals and localisation activities
Manage traffic and timelines for the production and distribution of print and digital materials
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant experience in customer service, logistics, operations or commercial support roles
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment is beneficial but not essential
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work calmly under pressure
Proactive, hands‑on approach with a strong sense of ownership
Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams, agencies and external partners
Willingness to work primarily on‑site at offices in Delft, especially during onboarding
English and Dutch required
