About the role

  • Customer Services Specialist managing sales & marketing support in healthcare environment. Coordinating customer orders, product distribution activities, and internal collaborations primarily in Delft, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer and internal inquiries relating to product orders and services
  • Manage and track sales orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing
  • Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners to support product shipments, returns and issue resolution
  • Support activities in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements, including documentation and investigations
  • Identify, document and appropriately escalate product quality complaints and adverse events
  • Maintain accurate customer, prescriber and order information in relevant systems
  • Provide sales & marketing support, including coordination of materials, agencies, approvals and localisation activities
  • Manage traffic and timelines for the production and distribution of print and digital materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in customer service, logistics, operations or commercial support roles
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work calmly under pressure
  • Proactive, hands‑on approach with a strong sense of ownership
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams, agencies and external partners
  • Willingness to work primarily on‑site at offices in Delft, especially during onboarding
  • English and Dutch required
  • Full‑time availability
  • Ability to commute to Delft/ surrounding area
