Redacción de propuestas comerciales y técnicas.
Seguimiento permanente y profesional de propuestas enviadas.
Asegurar el cierre adecuado en términos de precio, alcances y plazos.
Requirements
Profesional en RRHH, Psicología, Administración, Ingeniería Comercial o afines.
2 a 4 años en ventas de servicios de RRHH.
Experiencia en prospección activa, reuniones comerciales y negociación.
Conocimiento de procesos de Selección y Subcontratación (Legislación Básica).
Deseable: experiencia en consultoras de RRHH.
