Responsibilities
Assist employees with statutory and company benefits, including health, dental, life insurance, and other programs.
Respond to benefit inquiries from managers and employees regarding plan provisions, claims, enrollments, status changes, and other benefit-related concerns.
Maintain data in benefits systems applications and SharePoint, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and accessible for reporting.
Prepare and present reports on benefits usage, costs, and trends to management.
Assist in developing and updating benefits policies to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Ensure benefits programs are compliant with legal requirements.
Assist in resolving clinic-related issues and coordinate annual physical examinations for employees to ensure compliance with local legal requirements.
Provide support for total rewards, compensation, and benefit program strategies as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
At least 8-9 years in Human Resources and Benefits administration.
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
