Responsibilities
Be part of the European Customer Service team, acting as the primary contact for customers in Italy and Malta and internal departments, ensuring fast, reliable communication and thorough order follow-up.
Answer all incoming calls and accurately place and manage orders in the ERP system (JD Edwards).
Advise our customers on the product range, order status, and open orders via telephone and e-mail in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Support the Sales Office by handling customer-related questions and directing them to the appropriate contacts in other departments when needed.
Handle various administrative tasks related to customer files, documentation, and data accuracy to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
Requirements
Experience in a commercial, customer-focused, and international Customer Service team (such as customer support, order management, inside sales, or similar)
Strong attention to detail, very good organizing skills, and solid computer skills, including good mastery of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of the „order-to-cash” process – preferably with ERP experience (JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP)
Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written); knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
Very customer- and result- oriented, work organized according to the priorities and disciplined following the Emerson Professional Tools procedures and guidelines.
