Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and product returns
  • Handle outbound customer calls to resolve queries
  • Provide administrative sales support
  • Support standard and non-standard inquiries
  • Drive escalation and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Technical High School degree or actively studying a university career
  • Preferred: University bachelor's degree completed or technical careers
  • Between 2-3 years of experience in Shared Service Centers
  • Advanced English level (B2+) to ensure excellent communication
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers from the United States, Canada, and Latin America
