About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support a variety of product support functions and troubleshooting on control systems for customer issues
  • Work with cutting edge control system technology, diagnose and resolve software, application, product and engineering problems
  • Provide instruction to customers and internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar technical educational curriculum, or relevant experience in lieu of education
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Experience working with PLCs and/or DCS programming or support
  • PMP, Microsoft, and/or Cisco certifications
