About the role

  • Administrative Assistant role in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, supporting finance teams and handling payable transactions. Performing administrative tasks for invoice issue resolution and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Invoice Resolution Administrative tasks which include Vendor Portal visits, initiate CVDH requests for vendor updates, provide proof of payments, etc.
  • Carry out Accounts Payable prework activities for freight selection and payment listings.
  • Support government and tax compliance reporting.
  • Provide support as may be required in relation to Accounts Payable operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related courses
