About the role

Responsibilities

  • Close collaboration with health insurance providers, facility management and nursing management
  • Independently maintain occupancy lists and manage prospective residents
  • Master data maintenance
  • Customer contact and reception duties
  • Accounting and cash management / processing residents' accommodation and care billing
  • Office organization and completion of all clerical tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as a commercial clerk/administrative assistant in the healthcare sector or in office management
  • Service-oriented approach
  • Good IT skills
  • Experience handling outstanding receivables and billing in inpatient care
  • Confident handling of SGB V and SGB XII
  • Team player, reliable and able to work independently
  • High level of social competence and sense of responsibility
  • Enjoyment and enthusiasm for working with people, especially seniors
