Responsibilities
Close collaboration with health insurance providers, facility management and nursing management
Independently maintain occupancy lists and manage prospective residents
Master data maintenance
Customer contact and reception duties
Accounting and cash management / processing residents' accommodation and care billing
Office organization and completion of all clerical tasks
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as a commercial clerk/administrative assistant in the healthcare sector or in office management
Service-oriented approach
Good IT skills
Experience handling outstanding receivables and billing in inpatient care
Confident handling of SGB V and SGB XII
Team player, reliable and able to work independently
High level of social competence and sense of responsibility
Enjoyment and enthusiasm for working with people, especially seniors
