About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo responsible for executing financial and administrative routines at Fortbras. Involves managing client and supplier databases and supporting internal customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Execute administrative and financial routines.
  • Register and update client and supplier records.
  • Control and organize documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Prepare spreadsheets and control reports.
  • Provide service to internal customers.
  • Other duties related to the position.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree) in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with administrative/financial routines (Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable).
  • Organized and detail-oriented to ensure deadlines and compliance with processes.
  • Experience with Protheus ERP (TOTVS) is a plus.
