About the role

  • Administrative employee managing care-related tasks at Senioren-Zentrum Bad Friedrichshall. Collaborating with teams and handling paperwork as part of the health care service.

Responsibilities

  • Close cooperation with health insurance providers, facility management and nursing service management
  • Independently maintaining occupancy lists and managing prospective residents' inquiries
  • Maintaining master data
  • Customer contact and reception duties
  • Accounting and cash handling / resident billing (care/home fees)
  • Office organization and performing all administrative/clerical tasks

Requirements

  • Preferably completed vocational training in a commercial field, e.g., healthcare administration clerk or office management
  • Service-oriented approach
  • Good IT/computer skills
  • Experience in managing accounts receivable and billing in residential care
  • Confident in working with SGB V and SGB XII (German Social Code, Parts V & XII)
  • Reliable and independent working style
  • High level of social competence and sense of responsibility
  • Enjoy working with people, especially seniors
