Responsibilities
Submission of documents on the Certisign platform, including monitoring workflows, validations and deadline control;
Registration, organization and filing of legal and contractual documents in internal systems, electronic folders and the company's repositories;
Control and updating of databases, spreadsheets and administrative records for the contracts area;
Support in collecting, verifying and preparing documents required for contract formalization, signing and renewal;
Monitoring the document lifecycle, ensuring that steps such as digital signing, archiving and distribution to requesting areas occur according to standards and deadlines;
Support for internal requests related to contract workflows, assisting partner areas and helping resolve outstanding issues;
Performing related activities, such as generating reports, tracking deadlines and supporting the legal team with various administrative routines.
Requirements
High school diploma;
Experience with administrative routines and document organization;
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook.
Differentials:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Administration, Law or related fields is desirable;
Knowledge of digital signature tools (Certisign, DocuSign, Clicksign or similar) is a plus.
