Responsibilities
Manage 8–12 complex, concurrent searches
Own sourcing and closing strategies, often in undefined or evolving scenarios
Deliver independently and in partnership with hiring managers, HR, and Finance
Lead scalable, innovative sourcing and closing strategies
Remove hiring barriers and accelerate the recruiting process
Balance short- and long-term priorities in challenging situations
Drive cross-functional alignment and adoption of recruiting methodologies
Provide expertise and guidance to partners at all levels
Communicate clearly and concisely in all formats
Facilitate detailed discussions and present decisions confidently to senior leaders (up to 3 tiers above)
Influence hiring outcomes, efficiency, and performance metrics
Support initiatives with significant cross-regional reach
Improve and streamline recruiting processes
Establish predictable workflows and champion new tools and channels

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth environments
At least 2 recent years sourcing and screening highly technical, software development talent
SaaS recruiting experience preferred
Experience with ATS platforms required; Experience with Lever a plus
