About the role

  • Marketing Manager planning and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns for a Berlin health startup. Emphasis on strategy, coordination, and brand management in the health market.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning (60%): Plan and own all campaigns — from flash sales to Black Week, from concept to execution and reporting.
  • Content & Asset Planning (15%): Own all campaign assets — from briefing to approval.
  • Stakeholder Management (15%): Work closely with the founder and with Design, Customer Service, Operations, Finance & CRM.
  • Brand Management (10%): Keep tone of voice and visual identity consistent across all channels.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing (e‑commerce/startup experience a plus)
  • Generalist and organizational talent who enjoys hands‑on work and has a feel for strategy
  • Ambitious, resilient and quick to learn — you complete tasks and ramp up fast
  • Strong language and conceptual skills: excellent German (C2/native speaker), confident English
  • Number‑driven and structured: KPIs, uplifts, contribution margins — you measure, understand and prioritize
  • Detail‑oriented without losing sight of the big picture; proactive, hands‑on and reliable
