Responsibilities

  • Definition and execution of brand marketing plans for both healthcare professionals and consumers, ensuring alignment with global objectives while meeting local market needs
  • Coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and engagement across the field force, digital platforms, events, and medical congresses
  • Managing the localization of global materials, working closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Monitoring brand performance, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness, using data analytics to identify trends and optimize marketing approaches
  • Supporting market analysis, including competitor tracking, insights gathering, and customer feedback to refine strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Approximately 2–6 years of experience in brand marketing across multiple channels, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
  • Previous experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrix organization, with strong collaboration skills
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
