Responsibilities
Handle and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing.
Identify and target new potential prospects across various industry sectors.
Build and develop relationships with a network of referral partners.
Establish strong relationships with decision-makers and IT managers within target companies.
Take over management of an existing client portfolio.
Understand the needs and challenges of potential clients.
Analyze requests for IT infrastructure projects.
Present the company's managed services and integration offerings.
Lead, contribute to, and coordinate responses to certain tenders/RFPs.
Negotiate and sign new contracts.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored proposals and meet specific client needs.
Maintain regular follow-up with your client and prospect portfolio to sustain engagement and identify new opportunities.
Provide regular reporting to the manager.
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience required in selling IT services in a B2B environment.
Excellent prospecting and business development skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
Strong technical-sales knowledge of information technologies, particularly IT infrastructure (telecoms, networks, systems, telephony, cybersecurity).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to address company executives.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Higher education degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Interest in technology and a strong aptitude for rapid learning.
