About the role

  • Sales Engineer designing commercial offers and managing client relationships in Bordeaux. Involved in ERP sales to SMEs with a focus on digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Design commercial proposals tailored to clients' needs
  • Manage deals through to closing
  • Identify new project opportunities through market knowledge and close relationships with prospects
  • Analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
  • Support the client during the contracting process and ensure follow-up of service delivery
  • Plan and organize activities using a project-based approach

Requirements

  • Significant experience in selling technical or software solutions (IT, document management/ECM, etc.)
  • Strong awareness of digital transformation challenges
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (functional departments, IT, and general management)
  • Understanding of business needs to support company growth
  • Business-oriented with a focus on sustainable results while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Persuasive with strong influencing skills
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
