Preparation of contract-specific risk analyses and assessments
Steering and controlling projects in cooperation with technical project management
Restructuring, steering and control of troubled projects
Ongoing project controlling during execution, including developing solutions for construction-related and contractual issues of specific projects
Participation in the preparation of cost estimates
Support in tender/procurement processes
Establishing and implementing effective commercial project management practices and developing efficient cross-project collaboration
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience
Knowledge of contract law
Knowledge of the VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and the BGB (German Civil Code)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Structured thinking and an independent working style
Business-fluent German; English skills are a plus
