Responsibilities
- Act as the product owner, with direct responsibility for leading and evolving banking and processing products at Elo.
- Define and structure complex functional requirements, orchestrating flows, customer journeys, and integrations between clients, internal areas, and partners.
- Be a reference for continuous delivery, ensuring predictability, quality, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Work closely and collaboratively with engineering, design, data, and business teams, influencing technical and functional decisions.
- Transform real customer and partner pain points into strategic, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
- Continuously evolve the product using metrics, operational performance, and feedback as the basis for decisions.
- Lead the management of critical stakeholders, anticipating risks, mediating interests, and enabling decisions.
Requirements
- Solid experience serving as a Product Specialist or Product Manager in financial products.
- Hands-on experience with banking (accounts, payments, transfers) and processing platforms.
- Proven track record in building and evolving complex digital products, working closely with technology.
- Ability to translate business problems into clear, well-structured solutions for engineering.
- Strong metrics-driven focus on financial performance, efficiency, and value generation.
- Maturity to prioritize, organize roadmaps, and handle multiple demands in complex scenarios.
- Clear communication, a firm demeanor, and the ability to influence and align expectations with diverse audiences.
- Strong sense of execution, ownership, and accountability for results.
