Responsibilities
Reporting to the Associate Director for Clinical Solutions & CDx, US Region Marketing
Support the BD FACS family of clinical analyzers, sample preparation systems, and software solutions
Drive portfolio growth by supporting marketing strategies, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives
Focus on execution and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure successful commercialization of instruments and software solutions
Assist in developing marketing strategies for clinical instruments and software solutions
Gather and analyze customer insights across clinical labs and cell therapy manufacturing organizations
Coordinate commercial readiness activities for instrument and software launches
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or business/marketing required; MBA a plus
2–4 years of experience in marketing, product management, or related roles within life sciences, medical devices, diagnostics, or biopharma highly preferred
Experience supporting cell therapy, bioprocessing, QC, or manufacturing environments preferred
Familiarity with automation, robotics, software, or digital solutions in laboratory or manufacturing settings is a plus
Flow cytometry or clinical laboratory experience is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
