About the role

  • Customer Service Representative overseeing order processing and ensuring timely delivery in a production environment. Working closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to manage supply availability.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a defined range of parts and for customer management throughout the entire order process with the goal of on-time delivery
  • Production-accompanying monitoring across multiple process stages, taking into account inventory, delivery times and lead times
  • Processing customer call-offs
  • Ensuring timely and quantity-appropriate material availability in production
  • Conducting feasibility analyses for customer requests and increases in call-off volumes
  • Monitoring subcontracted manufacturing to ensure on-time and quantity-accurate supply
  • Close cooperation and coordination with production, logistics and procurement

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training
  • Several years' professional experience in planning/production control (materials scheduling) in a manufacturing company
  • Confident handling of deadlines and ensuring compliance even during peak order periods
  • Very good command of MS Office applications and ERP systems
  • Independent and reliable working style characterized by a high level of commitment
  • Quick comprehension and strong communication skills
  • Very good German language skills
  • Good English language skills
