Responsibilities
The company is seeking a professional to lead the expansion and consolidation of strategic accounts in the São Paulo construction materials market, focusing on large retail chains, regional distributors and structured B2B customers. The objective is to accelerate market share growth, increase product mix and customer-level profitability, while establishing commercial governance and medium- to long-term business plans;
Management of a strategic account portfolio with potential;
Negotiation of regional and, occasionally, national contracts;
Direct interface with the client’s board and internal leadership;
Influence over pricing, commercial policies, promotional campaigns and product portfolio.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering or related fields);
MBA / Postgraduate degree in Commercial Management, Strategy or Business (strong plus);
Experience in B2B sales in any of the following sectors:
• Construction materials
• Electrical, plumbing, lighting, tools or durable goods
• Distribution, wholesale and Home Center
Proven track record managing key accounts and handling complex negotiations;
Executive‑level negotiation experience;
Strong financial understanding of contracts and margins;
Client-level strategic planning skills;
P&L management experience or a profitability-oriented view by account;
Ability to influence without direct reporting lines.
