About the role

  • HR Business Partner collaborating with leadership to design and execute human capital strategy at Elevance Health. Responsible for solving organizational challenges and providing people-related solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts
  • design and execute the strategy for staffing, onboarding, developing, motivating, and retaining work
  • Execute programs to support associates, including compensation, performance management, organizational design, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, organization culture, rewards and recognition, and talent management
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions
  • Consult with mid-level and line managers to create comprehensive people plans
  • Design and quickly implement solutions cutting across multiple disciplines
  • Analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • HR experience
  • business partner or generalist experience
  • data analysis experience
  • trends and reports knowledge
  • Strongly preferred HR designation (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition full cycle
  • Experience using Workday Software
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
