About the role

  • Technical Support Analyst ensuring operational availability of Santander's digital display network. Monitoring and remote troubleshooting, coordinating field service support and managing CMS operations.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor the status of players (terminals) and ensure the operational availability of Santander’s digital display network.
  • Handle Level 1 and Level 2 tickets, remotely resolving connectivity, configuration and software issues.
  • Coordinate on-site (Level 3) service with field service teams, complying with SLA timelines by region.
  • Provide immediate response to critical incidents on VIP displays, maintaining the availability standards required by the client.
  • Operate the 4yousee Manager CMS, performing uploads, scheduling and content curation in partnership with the media team.
  • Support standardization of workflows and technical documentation for ServiceNow Santander and Eletromidia HubSpot ticketing.
  • Contribute to mapping and stabilizing connectivity infrastructure (4G, routers, VPN) and hardware.
  • Participate in technical meetings with Santander and Eletromidia teams, collaborating on ticket workflows and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in IT, Networks, Telecommunications, or related fields.
  • Experience in Level 1/Level 2 technical support with a focus on remote analysis and field coordination.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, HubSpot, Jira or similar).
  • Ability to produce technical documentation and adhere to standardized processes.
  • Good communication skills, sense of urgency and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Digital Signage systems or CMS.
  • Knowledge of networks, VPN, 4G connectivity, routers and hardware/software diagnostics.
