  • Technical support specialist translating business needs into technical requirements at Capgemini. Supports tools development while collaborating with product owners and Agile teams.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Participate in the maintenance, support, and development of current tools while respecting client guidelines on CI/CD and unit testing
  • Work as part of a team using Agile practices and collaborate with product owners
  • Maintain strong relationships with all requested departments and users

Requirements

  • Repo knowledge
