Requirements
Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
Proactive attitude and interest in learning about HR processes.
Previous experience in personnel administration, HR, or related areas;
Knowledge of hiring and onboarding processes;
Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, HR systems);
Good communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse candidate profiles;
Proactive and eager to learn and develop in HR;
Organized and detail-oriented in administrative processes;
Experience managing documentation and monitoring contracts.
