Responsibilities
Supporting the Safety team, and management, in organising the paperwork/administrative activities in relation to safety inspections, reporting to stakeholders, and providing feedback to employees
Helping management in the preparation of reports – sharepoint, dashboards, trend analysis etc.
Support with organising necessary safety training for the company
Logging injuries and dangerous occurrences to the Safety team
Be a great communicator and build relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills
At least 1 years experience in a fast-paced similar role
Strong IT experience preferably with Microsoft office
Ability to work in a large scale, multi-site organisation
Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and strong time management skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
