Responsibilities
Supporting the needs of the Administration and Finance Department
Assist with a variety of projects relating to Healthcare Administration and Finance
Participate in department meetings and trainings
Assist with projects related to organization strategic plans
Perform all other related duties as assigned in a professional and responsive manner
Demonstrate the ability to use relevant equipment
Support, understand, and promote Alomere Health’s mission, vision, values, policies and procedures
Ability to meet the work schedule requirements with flexibility dependent upon the needs of the department

Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
2 years’ of completed college coursework
Verbal and written professional communications skills
Strong computer skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail
Ability to present in front of an audience
Strong attention to detail
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and with others
Ability to track progress, deadlines, and priority of all projects
