About the role

  • Account Executive driving sales cycles, collaborating with customers, and ensuring successful onboarding for a digital training SaaS solution across the DACH region.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire sales cycle through to contract signing and work closely with Customer Success and Marketing.
  • Your role requires a deep understanding of our customers' needs, confident stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to solving potential customers' challenges.
  • Specifically, you will: qualify and analyze the customer's situation across the organization and develop business cases for elearnio based on those insights.
  • Conduct online demos and presentations detailing our service offering with the aim of acquiring new customers.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and the Product team to continuously optimize processes and services in the interests of our customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders—particularly HR and C-level management.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies in close coordination with the Marketing team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience selling B2B SaaS or B2B services, ideally with mid-market (SME) companies.
  • Solid experience in realistic sales forecasting and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets on time.
  • Strong active listening skills and focused, confident, proactive communication.
  • Interest in technology products and software, particularly in the EdTech sector.
  • Ability to win trust and enthusiasm from potential customers through positive, energetic, and creative outreach.
  • German at native level (C2).
