About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for managing the sales cycle and building customer relationships for a SaaS solution. Collaborating with Customer Success and Marketing teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will own the entire sales cycle through to contract signing and work closely with Customer Success and Marketing.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, confident stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to solving potential customers' challenges.
  • Qualify and analyze customers' situations across the organization and develop corresponding business cases for elearnio.
  • Conduct online demos and presentations that showcase our service offering in detail, with the goal of acquiring new customers.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and the Product team to continuously optimize processes and service delivery in the interest of our customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, particularly HR and C-level executives.
  • Develop and implement lead-generation strategies in close coordination with the Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling B2B SaaS or B2B services, ideally in the mid-market segment.
  • Strong experience in realistic forecasting and a proven track record of meeting (or exceeding) sales targets on schedule.
  • Excellent active listening skills and focused, confident, proactive communication.
  • Interest in technology products and software, ideally in the EdTech sector.
  • Ability to win the trust and enthusiasm of prospective customers through a positive, energetic, and creative approach.
  • Native-level German (C2).
