Responsibilities
Responsibility for designing processes in the Direct Marketing business area — from market communication to settlement
Timely creation and submission of dispatch schedules and on‑time processing of market processes (MaKo) according to GPKE/MPES
Coordination of the technical integration of plants (remote controllability) in close cooperation with IT, Energy Operations and grid operators
Development of marketing strategies for renewable energy (RE) assets and optimization of revenues on spot and intraday markets
Monitoring regulatory frameworks (EEG — Renewable Energy Sources Act, EnWG — Energy Industry Act) and ensuring compliant implementation of all reporting obligations
Management of external and internal service providers and negotiation of contracts
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in direct marketing, portfolio management or a comparable energy-commercial settlement role
In-depth knowledge of the energy market, market roles and communication and settlement processes
Strong expertise in the EEG and the current determinations/guidelines of the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur)
Solid understanding of price formation on power exchanges and the economic evaluation of renewable energy profiles
Hands-on mentality for building new structures; you work independently and are solution-oriented
Ability to explain complex energy-economic issues clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners
