About the role

  • Assistenz Vertrieb supporting organizational and administrative tasks in sales for Einhell Austria. Engaging with key account management and maintaining CRM data with positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Key Account Manager with organizational and administrative tasks in sales
  • Plan and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and follow up on meeting content and materials, including presentations, minutes, and quotations
  • Maintain data in the ERP system (Navision) and CRM
  • Gather and prepare decision‑relevant information (evaluations, reports and analyses)
  • Manage incoming and outgoing business correspondence

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training
  • Experience in a sales environment and in an assistant role is desirable
  • Confident communication at all levels
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proactive, able to work independently, strong organizational skills and numeracy
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
