Maintain data in the ERP system (Navision) and CRM
Gather and prepare decision‑relevant information (evaluations, reports and analyses)
Manage incoming and outgoing business correspondence
Requirements
Completed commercial/business training
Experience in a sales environment and in an assistant role is desirable
Confident communication at all levels
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
Proactive, able to work independently, strong organizational skills and numeracy
Professional proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
