About the role

Responsibilities

  • Project management and administration (billing, project setup, client relations)
  • Manage project billing in accordance with established deadlines and procedures
  • Open new project files and handle complete administrative follow-up
  • Maintain high-quality client relationships
  • Administer project files in regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate the various administrative stages of assignments.

Requirements

  • Baccalauréat (high school diploma) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or billing
  • Comfortable with administrative management
  • Proficiency with billing tools
  • Ability to maintain high-quality client relationships
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
