About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist managing international customer inquiries via email and phone from Katowice. Ensuring smooth customer experience and collaborating with logistics, finance, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • You'll be the first point of contact for our international customers, making sure their experience is smooth and hassle-free
  • Support customers via email and phone
  • Manage orders, returns, deliveries, and invoice queries
  • Work closely with logistics, finance, and sales teams
  • Keep customer data accurate and up to date
  • Escalate and resolve issues quickly to keep satisfaction high
  • Help improve processes within the Order-to-Cash cycle

Requirements

  • Proficiency in French (B2/C1 or above)
  • Good English – you’ll use it daily internally
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Previous customer service or O2C experience is a plus, not a must
  • Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or another European language is nice to have
