Responsibilities
Review and moderate online content in German, ensuring compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
Assess user-generated content and advertising materials for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to community guidelines.
Identify and escalate potential issues such as misleading, inappropriate, or policy-violating content.
Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while working with large volumes of data and visual material.
Provide feedback and contribute to process improvements to enhance moderation efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Training, Operations) to ensure consistency in content evaluation.
Work according to established targets for accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
Requirements
Fluent German (C1 or higher) – essential.
Good English communication skills (minimum B2 level) – required for internal communication and training.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
Basic computer literacy and comfort working with multiple platforms and tools.
Ability to remain focused and objective while reviewing sensitive or challenging content.
Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or online media is an advantage but not mandatory.
Must be currently based in Sofia or nearby areas. (Relocation is not provided for this role.)
