Responsibilities
- Review and moderate online content in German, ensuring compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
- Assess user-generated content and advertising materials for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to community guidelines.
- Identify and escalate potential issues such as misleading, inappropriate, or policy-violating content.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while working with large volumes of data and visual material.
- Provide feedback and contribute to process improvements to enhance moderation efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Training, Operations) to ensure consistency in content evaluation.
- Work according to established targets for accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1 or higher) – essential.
- Good English communication skills (minimum B2 level) – required for internal communication and training.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with multiple platforms and tools.
- Ability to remain focused and objective while reviewing sensitive or challenging content.
- Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or online media is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be currently based in Sofia or nearby areas. (Relocation is not provided for this role.)
