About the role

  • Multimedia Content Specialist responsible for creating visual and digital content for Rogers Centre events. Capturing and producing photography, videography, and graphics in a live event environment.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and edit photo and video content during events, training sessions, and operational activities.
  • Produce digital assets including graphics, short-form videos, presentations, and animated training materials.
  • Support internal communications and training initiatives by developing visual content aligned with Legends brand standards.
  • Operate and maintain camera, lighting, audio, and basic production equipment onsite.
  • Edit video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms).
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital media libraries and project files.
  • Monitor creative deliverables onsite to ensure consistency in messaging, direction, and quality.
  • Collaborate with managers and department leaders to translate operational needs into clear visual content.
  • Practice safe work habits and complete all required company and venue safety and compliance training.
  • Demonstrate professional and collaborative conduct when interacting with guests, colleagues, and leadership.
  • Comply with all Legends Global policies, procedures, and venue requirements.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in photography, videography, and digital editing tools.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design principles and layout fundamentals.
  • Basic motion graphics or animation capability for short-form training or promotional content.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple short-term creative tasks in a fast-paced, live event environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain structured digital asset files.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project direction and operational priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Postsecondary education in multimedia, graphic design, film, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in multimedia production, photography, videography, or digital design.
  • Experience working in live events, sports, hospitality, or high-volume environments is considered an asset.
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant creative work is required.
