About the role

  • As a Sr. Account Manager for eBay Live, cultivating and maintaining relationships with strategic sellers. Focusing on growing enterprise clients' performance and engagement on the eBay Live platform.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with eBay Live sellers through regular business reviews and strategic consultations
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for enterprise sellers to ensure successful platform integration and early growth
  • Analyze seller business data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
  • Create and implement customized business plans to help enterprise sellers achieve their growth targets
  • Provide advanced platform knowledge and selling strategy consultation
  • Develop and implement optimizations to seller’s eBay live programming and schedule
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex seller issues
  • Track and analyze seller performance metrics to ensure growth targets are met

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in e-commerce and account management
  • Excellent influencing and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clients
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and standards
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently
  • Consistent track record of high performance and team ranking
  • Recognized as a strong cross-functional leader and collaborator
  • Executive-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong adaptability to shifting priorities and business needs
  • Strong understanding of P&L
  • Organized problem solver who balances attention to detail with efficiency
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and a desire to become an expert.
