About the role

  • Join HR&OD Attendance Management Team as an HR Consultant. Develop employee relations skills while advising on attendance and wellbeing matters.

Responsibilities

  • Develop skills in employee relations casework
  • Access support from experts across the HR department
  • Provide advice and guidance on Attendance Management and Wellbeing matters
  • Advise managers on supporting staff during their absence
  • Provide guidance on attendance management policy
  • Attend meetings in accordance with policy

Requirements

  • Can work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team
  • Manage a high-volume workload effectively while maintaining attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to juggle constantly changing priorities with resilience and professionalism
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of HR & OD disciplines
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to engage in challenging conversations
  • Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders through clear and concise communication
