Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role within IT Professional Services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (bonus points if you can make a technical subject sound fun).
- Proven experience managing high-performing technical teams.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise networking is a big plus.
- Industry certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Fortinet, Microsoft) would be awesome.
- Experience working with contractors and managing global teams.
