About the role

  • Sales Manager focusing on growth in the housing sector within a telecommunication company. Responsible for client acquisition and maintaining partnerships in the NE3/NE4 sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Expand business with the housing industry
  • Acquire and support housing companies, cooperatives and property management firms in the NE3/NE4 environment
  • Build and maintain a reliable network
  • Develop, calculate and present technical and commercial proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and conclude wayleave/permit agreements, framework and cooperation contracts
  • Manage contract processes with internal and external partners
  • Coordinate closely with technical sales, network planning and project management
  • Support commercialization and marketing activities
  • Reporting and documentation

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor) or equivalent qualification (vocational training)
  • Several years of sales experience in the telecommunications/broadband industry (ideally in a B2B/key account environment)
  • Knowledge of structures and decision-making processes in the housing sector
  • Knowledge of relevant legal framework conditions is a plus
  • Experience with stakeholders, processes and contract models in the NE3/NE4 environment
  • Good technical understanding
  • Clear communication and confident negotiation skills
  • Confident appearance and strong closing orientation
  • Structured working style and strong organizational skills
  • Class B driving license and willingness to travel within the sales territory
