Responsibilities
Point of contact at the IT walk-in center in Munich for IT inquiries and incidents.
Support additional walk-in centers and occasional travel to other locations.
Act as the interface between external service providers, internal product teams and employees.
Identify and escalate process improvements and technical challenges.
Collaborate with the IT team to optimize products.
Handle incidents and service requests and maintain IT equipment.
Identify and deliver practical training for IT end users.
Requirements
Several years of experience in IT support.
Comprehensive IT knowledge and a hands-on mentality.
Experience with Windows 11, macOS, iOS, printers and drivers.
Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
Enjoy problem solving and have a passion for innovation.
Solid understanding of processes and opportunities for optimization.
Team player with enthusiasm for new technologies.
Fluent in German and English.
